How often will my coaching be in contact with me?

At OB1 Performance Coaching we believe that 2-way communication is key. Your coach will communicate with you regularly via 

WhatsApp, or on your training app to provide you with motivation, knowledge and guidance to help you succeed in your training*

​

I'm a beginner Triathlete, is having a coach worth it?

​

The short answer is yes. Triathlons are HARD, so having coach will take the guess work out of the training, while also providing tangible knowledge such as equipment selection, transition tricks, nutritional advice, goal setting, event selection, training advice and so on.

​

What will my weekly training look like?

​

This will depend on the individual, and their training availability. During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your goals and available time so we can make sure the training is as effective and time efficient as possible. As always life circumstances can change and this will be taken into account when your training is set.

Missed a session or have no time?

​​

Missing the odd session will be inevitable as life and work can always get in the way. Working alongside your coach with 2-way communication will enable us to continually adapt and adjust your plan to ensure the right training is done. Should you need last minute changes, your coach will always try to get back to you within 24hours.

 

*Beyond this guidance, your coach will provide accountability, motivation, mental and emotional support, and work with you to find the right life balance.
